Mobilizing Integrated Youth Services: A Knowledge Mobilization Toolkit

Knowledge mobilization at its core is about teaching and learning. We, as the Knowledge Mobilization Team, decided we would disseminate knowledge about Integrated Youth Services!

There are several things that we know personally — we know the many barriers that young people face trying to access the supports they need, we know that young people play a vital role in making their communities a better place, and we know that young people need accessible comprehensive supports to continue living full and vibrant lives! We have created a toolkit, Coast to Coast: Mobilizing Integrated Youth Services, which introduces Integrated Youth Services — what it is, why it is necessary, where it can be found in Canada and how to get involved.
