Knowledge mobilization at its core is about teaching and learning. We, as the Knowledge Mobilization Team, decided we would disseminate knowledge about Integrated Youth Services!

Mindful Minds Collective is a resource hub for everyone. This space invites individuals from all backgrounds to explore various resources relating to Integrated Youth Services including toolkits and guidance from professionals in the IYS space.

Focused on addressing the intersectionality of cost-of-living challenges, climate justice, and food insecurity, the "Roots of Resilience” project provides a practical connection between community and services/tools to minimize the impact of food insecurity.

This project aims to create a policy framework titled "Continuation of Care Recommended Guidelines" for youth transitioning into adulthood, focusing on ages approximately 12 to 24. 

This toolkit offers insights into how youths and families can emerge as leaders in their communities to champion IYS. 

Our project is focused on hearing from youth directly, and getting their voices heard by the IYS community. 

Venerated Voices is a project that highlights the unique and often overlooked dynamics of sibling relationships in the context of mental health.

Forming Frameworks is intended to be a template that can allow community members to have access to a directory of community resources.

The MentorInMe Project is a youth mentorship program that works at educating youth on how to become leaders within their academic and local municipalities.

Assessing Quality of Care with the Online Transition for Counselling Services in Canada

Since March 2021, we have been working on a project with the theme of “Simplifying Mental Health Education.”

Our project's vision was to bring IYS knowledge to high school teachers and students/youth, with the additional goal of reducing mental health stigma.
